• Not attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or games
• Not use automated tools to scrape content or manipulate game data
• Not circumvent advertising or monetization systems
• Respect other users in any community features

Account Registration

Account registration is optional. If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old
• One account per person

Game Content

Games on InstGame.com are provided by third-party developers. We review games before publishing but cannot guarantee:

• Games are free of bugs or errors

• Games will remain available indefinitely

For Developers

Developer Accounts

To publish games on InstGame.com, you must:

• Create a developer account with accurate information
• Verify your identity and payment details
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
• Accept our Developer Agreement

Game Submission

When you submit a game, you confirm that:

• You own or have rights to distribute the game
• The game does not infringe third-party intellectual property
• The game complies with our Content Guidelines
• You have rights to all assets (art, music, code) included

Content Guidelines

Games must NOT contain:

• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activities
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Unauthorized use of copyrighted material
• Excessive violence, gore, or disturbing content without appropriate warnings
• Sexual content involving minors
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Gambling with real money (simulated gambling may be allowed with age restrictions)

We reserve the right to reject or remove games that violate these guidelines.

Revenue Sharing

• Developers receive 70-80% of ad revenue generated by their games
• Payments are processed monthly for balances over $50
• Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer (availability varies by region)
• Revenue reports are available in your developer dashboard
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for suspected fraud or policy violations

Specific revenue terms are detailed in the Developer Agreement.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your games and content
• You grant InstGame.com a license to host, display, and distribute your games
• This license is non-exclusive; you can publish elsewhere
• You can remove your games at any time (removal takes effect within 7 days)

General Terms

Intellectual Property Rights

• InstGame.com branding, design, and platform code are our property
• Game content belongs to respective developers
• User-generated content (comments, reviews) grants us a license to display it

Limitation of Liability

InstGame.com is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Game bugs, errors, or data loss
• Developer payment disputes
• Third-party content or links
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify InstGame.com against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Games you publish (for developers)
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Platform or other users
• Remain inactive for extended periods (with notice)

You can delete your account at any time through account settings.

Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by applicable law
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted
• Class action waiver applies where legally enforceable
• You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of account creation

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Updated "Last updated" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Age Requirements

• Developers: Must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring children's use of the Platform.
